ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA, Talal Chauhdry on Saturday said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan was failed to provide money trail of his flats before the court.
Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and his family had provided all documented evidences before the Supreme Court and Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on Panama Papers case, he said talking to a private news channel.
He said there was no comparison between the Sharif family and Imran Khan because the latter could not provide his personal money trail but the former presented itself for accountability.
Talal Chaudhry said despite reservations on the investigation process of JIT, the Sharif family cooperated with it.
He said PTI's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had closed accountability institution in the province.
PTI was thirsty of getting power through negative tactics, he added.
The MNA expressed hope that PML-N would be victorious in the general elections 2018 and Nawaz Sharif would be elected the prime minister again.
