RECORDER REPORT: PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Tuesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 51538.98 with a negative change of 599.92 and volume of 52,685,310 shares.

High and Low were 52476.18 and 51465.28 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 144,121,790 shares with 346 total traded companies out of which 71 were up, 267 were down and 8 were unchanged.

CEMENT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 23,950,750 shares. It was followed by ENGINEERING with a total traded volume of 18,872,700 shares.

The three top traded companies were Ist.Capital Sec with a volume of 4,051,000 and price per share of 5.10 (0.24), Dewan Motors with a volume 3,509,500 of price per share of 44.79 (0.39), Bal.Glass with a volume 1,627,500 of price per share of 20.82 (0.78).

The top three advancers were Mari Petroleum with price per share 1730.00 (15.89), Jubile Life Ins with price per share of 735.00 (15.00) and Wah-Noble share of 283.48 (13.49).

The top three decliners were Rafhan MaizeXD with price per share of 7300.00 (100.67), Indus Motor Co with price per share of 1946.00 (40.10) and Unilever Foods per share of 6110.00 (40.00).
