Some people tend to eat more during Ramadan and this can lead to weight gain. Eating the right kind of food during Ramadan is very vital as it helps and sustains you better.

Here's what you should know about healthy eating during Ramadan:

  1. Drink plenty of water and eat hydrating foods during Ramadan
  2. Eat Real Food, Not Processed and Junk Foods
  3. Avoid Sugary food and junks
  4. Aim to keep meal simple by including lots of fruit and vegetables
  5. Stay active and aim to avoid excessive exercise during fasting times, try walking or doing other gentle exercise
  6. Cereals , Salads fruit and vegetables are excellent replacement for oil curries and fried snacks
