RECORDER REPORT: PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Monday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 52195.34 with a negative change of 441.53 and volume of 33,828,790 shares.

High and Low were 52636.87 and 52187.34 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 129,271,950 shares with 339 total traded companies out of which 110 were up, 224 were down and 5 were unchanged.

CEMENT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 29,875,400 shares. It was followed by ENGINEERING with a total traded volume of 21,308,600 shares.

The three top traded companies were Ist.Capital Sec with a volume of 2,828,500 and price per share of 4.83 (0.16), Shabbir Tiles with a volume 2,625,500 of price per share of 21.61 (1.02), Siddiqsons Tin with a volume 2,253,000 of price per share of 35.78 (1.70).

The top three advancers were Rafhan MaizeXD with price per share 7401.00 (84.67), Unilever Foods with price per share of 6200.00 (61.00) and Agriautos Ind. share of 455.75 (21.70).

The top three decliners were Nestle Pakistan with price per share of 10000.00 (199.67), Wyeth Pak LtdXD with price per share of 2450.00 (86.83) and Sanofi-Aventis per share of 2060.00 (22.07).
