A three-member SC bench, headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa and comprising Justice Dost Muhammad Khan and Justice Qazi Faez Isa, heard the case.
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) had awarded death sentence to Aslam and his three accomplices for murdering Muhammad Naeem on the court premises in Quetta. There were convicted under Anti-Terrorist Act.
The court after hearing arguments from both sides acquitted all the four accused giving them the benefit of doubt.
