Colombia's ISA to offer $243.7mn in local bonds

BOGOTA: Colombian electricity company ISA said it will offer 700 billion pesos ($243.7 million) in local bonds beginning on Tuesday in an effort to finance investments.
The debt will mature in 7, 15 and 25 years and is part of 3.5 trillion pesos in planned issues, ISA said in a filing with the financial regulator on Monday. The company has already sold 2.3 trillions worth.
ISA is majority-owned by the Colombian government and operates in Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina and Central America.
