Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former captain Imran Khan opposed the governments decision to hold the final of Pakistan Super League( PSL) in Lahore, citing security concerns in the country. In this regard, the Federal Minister for Information Maryam Aurangzeb has termed Imran Khan Bal Thackeray of Pakistan.
According to latest report the minister said Imran Khan should think before what he said. She also gave out a message to Imran to take back his statement over the matter.
This should be noted that after deliberation the Punjab and federal governments have agreed to hold PSL 2017 final in Lahore despite security threats.
The PSL T20 tournament is being played in United Arab Emirates (UAE) and as part of their efforts to restore international cricket in the country Pakistani cricket officials and the government want to hold the final in Lahore.
The PSL final which is scheduled to be held at the Gaddafi Stadium on March 5.
