KARACHI: In the wake of recent wave of terrorism in the country, Sindh Police have killed two terrorists belonging to the banned Daesh group during an encounter in the Metropolis during the wee hours on Friday.
According to latest reports, police officials said the encounter took place at Mangophir area where two terrorists were killed in shootout with the law-enforcing personnel late night. A police officer was also injured in the encounter.
Police sources informed that the terrorists were planning suicide attacks on Anti Terrorism Court.
Police claimed that the terrorists, identified as Saifullah and Hanif, were high-profile and associated with banned Daesh. Arms, ammunition and laptops were recovered from their possession.
