Pakistan bowling legend Waqar Younis has dismissed fellow fast bowler Wasim Akrams statement regarding the alleged incident between the two, which eventually led to Indian spinner Anil Kumble grab a 10-wicket haul.
Waqar Younis came to Twitter, disputed the report that was shared by Indian opening batsman Virender Sehwag on social media to celebrate Kumble 10 wickets for 74 against Pakistan at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium, Delhi some 18 years back.
Waqar claimed that this never happened, adding I think age is catching up with Wasim Bhai.

Virender Sehwag yesterday (Tuesday) shared a snapshot of an old article with Wasims quotes.
Kismat ke aage ,all saazish fail.
Well done Wasim bhai.
What a day it was at the Kotla by Anil bhai. pic.twitter.com/xDzMd39XOq

It feels that Sehwag has reignited the age old rivalry once again.
