ISLAMABAD: Coordinator of Taliban Negotiating Committee Maulana Yousaf Shah Tuesday said Taliban had assured that all their groups had agreed on the issue of ceasefire.
Maulana Yousaf Shah talking to private TV channel said that all groups were bound to obey decision of Tehreek-e-Taliban.
He said Taliban were also trying to persuade few remaining groups of ceasefire issue.
He said Taliban had empowered the negotiating committee and Maulana Samiul Haq to take any decision in this regard.
He said that Taliban wanted to continue peace talks.
Maulana Yousaf Shah said success of talks was necessary for restoration of peace in the country
He urged the government's committee to extend its support to make dialogue process successful.
