ISLAMABAD: Leader of the House in the Senate Raja Zafarul Haq Thursday said that the government was taking steps to strengthen the economy under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Responding to a point of order raised by Mian Raza Rabbani, he said the Prime Minister respects all the provincial governments, and the federal government would take every step to fullfil the provinces' needs.
Senator Mian Raza Rubani said that Prime Minister should come to the Senate that would strengthen the norms of the Parliament.
