TIMERGARA: Dir Lower police have seized 33.356 kilogram hashish besides others form of narcotics, arms and ammunition during various successful raids in last month (March).
According to police sources here Monday, Dir police had also carried crackdown against illegal arms and ammunitions dealers by seizing 43 Kalashnikov, 23 short guns, one riffle, 94 pistols, explosives, 32984 chargers of different bore, two diggers, 42 timber sleepers and others illegal contrabands.
According to official sources here, 105 people have been killed and 221 injured in 51 bomb and suicide blasts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Fata excluding Waziristan in last month. The said explosions include five suicide and 46 improvised explosive device (IED) while seven primary schools including four boys and three girls were blown up.
