ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday constituted a larger bench for the hearing of suo moto case over the Abbas Town bombing.
On Wednesday, a three-member bench comprising of Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Amir Hani Muslim and Justice Ejaz Afzal held an initial hearing and issued an interim order.
But the Supreme Court decided to constitute a larger bench including Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Khilji Arif. The chief justice will be heading the bench.
The bench will resume the hearing on Friday.
