PESHAWAR: At least sixteen suspects were arrested from Khyber Agency on Saturday during an operation carried out by the security forces against anti-state elements.
According to official sources, security forces conducted a search operation in Ghundi area of Tehsil Jamrud and apprehended sixteen suspected persons.
Meanwhile, an explosion took place in Malik Deenkhel area of Tehsil Bara damaging a mosque and nearby house however, no loss of life was reported.
In Lower Kurram, five persons were injured due to explosion of an improvised explosive device.
