Health department to start anti-polio campaign

BAHAWALPUR: Some 2,02,000 children would be given polio drops in 37 union council of district during the anti- polio vaccination campaign.

District Coordination Officer Dr Naim Rauf told APP here on Friday that atleast 31 union councils of Tehsil Ahmad Pur East and 6 union councils of Bahawalpur have been declared high risk regarding polio.

He told that medical teams have been constituted and lady health workers would visit door to door for polio vaccination.
