ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has arrived back from Saudi Arabia on Sunday after performing Umrah according to a senior official of the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary had gone to Saudi Arabia last week to perform Umrah.
During his stay abroad, the senior most judge of the Supreme Court Justice Tassadduq Hussain Jillani remained Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary will hear cases on Monday (Dec 31) heading a three-member bench according to the cause list.
