BEIRUT: An air strike Thursday on two buildings in Syria's war-torn commercial capital Aleppo killed at least 15 civilians, including five children and two women, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
"At least 15 people, among them five children and two women, were killed when a warplane dropped two bombs on the Ansari district of Aleppo," Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman told AFP by phone.
