KARACHI: The Youth Festival 2012 proved to be a big success and helped in bringing to the fore the talent of the youngsters.
This was stated by the Sindh Minister for Youth Affairs, Syed Faisal Ali Sabzwari.
He was talking here in his office on Thursday to those who had emerged as victorious in the Youth Festival.
The Minister said that the event was not mere a festival but also a befitting reply to those who harbour negative designs and were trying to harm peace in Karachi.
He stated that the machinations of such elements would be frustrated.
The Minister said that the Youth festival has emerged as a permanent forum to foster positive and healthy activities for the youngsters and help hone their abilities.
Sindh Secretary Youth Affairs, Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui and Director Youth Affairs, Khurshid Ahmed Shaikh also expressed their views on the occasion.
