KARACHI: On Monday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 15743.74 with a positive change of 49.53 and volume of 29,248,200 shares.

High and Low were 15755.99 and 15694.21 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 43,606,120 shares with 248 total traded companies out of which 145 were up, 84 were down and 19 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials (Cement) was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 19,805,200 shares. It was followed by Personal Goods (Textile) with a total traded volume of 3,698,800shares.

The three top traded companies were Maple Leaf Cement with a volume of 7,538,500 and price per share of 9.35 (0 66), D.G.K.CementSPOT with a volume 5,380,000 of price per share of 51.40 (1.01) and Fauji Cement with a volume of 3,811,500 and price per share of 6.44 (0.12).

The top three advancers were Bata (Pak) Limited with price per share of 1155.00 (55.00), Abbott Lab. with price per share of 218.95 (8.59) and Atlas Battery Ltd. with price share of 245.00 (7.91).

The top three decliners were Indus Dyeing with price per share of 426.55 (-22.44), Colgate Palmolive with price per share of 1400.00 (-22.22) and Service Industries with price per share of 180.00 (-2.20).
