ASTORE: Ample quantity of wheat had been supplied to the upper areas of the district to avoid shortage in winter, said Secretary Civil Supply Gilgit-Baltistan Ashfaq Ahmed Khan on Wednesday.
Talking to APP he said there was no shortage of wheat in any district of Gilgit-Baltistan.
He said depots had been established at different main points of the district and wheat was being procured there.
Khan said the department had always worked to facilitate the masses residing in far flung areas.
