RAWALPINDI: Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) No-1 Rawalipndi judge Shahid Rifque on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the murder case of former Prime Minister Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed till April 17.
The hearing was put off owing to the absence of public prosecutor. Former City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi Saud Aziz and SP Khurram Shahzad appeared before the court. The statements of around 15 witnesses have already been recorded by the court by in the case.
Meanwhile, Judge Shahid Rifque also adjourned the hearing in Mumbai attack case without any proceedings till April 17.
The hearing of an application filed by former President Pervez Musharraf's wife Saba Musharraf against the ATC verdict in which the court had ordered to confiscate all moveable and immoveable property of her husband was also adjourned to April 17.
